14-Day Return Window
You have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
Hygiene & Safety Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items once they have been opened or the factory seal is broken:

Hardware Warranty
If you believe a hardware device (e.g., Mod, Starter Kit) is faulty upon arrival, please contact our support team immediately. Faulty devices are covered under our warranty policy, not the standard return policy.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back to us.
Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
A return will not be accepted if the product is opened, used, or missing any of its original components, including the box, manuals, and accessories.
